The instant appeal has been filed for setting aside the order dated 16.12.2023, passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in spite of the visitation right granted to the appellant, he has not been allowed to meet his child. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to approach the trial Court for redressal of this grievance.
