The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition as the parties have compromised the matter and there is no threat perception to the petitioners at the hands of private respondents. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
