(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0263 registered under Sections 05.08.2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Ambala City. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
