Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Department to step up her pay at par with respondent No.3 who is junior to her and getting more salary. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide her pending representation dated 08.02.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 08.02.2024, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Director of Elementary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.10 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
CWP No.9233 of 2024 [2] representation, dated 08.02.2024, Annexure P-6, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
