Mr. Aditya Jain, Advocate for respondent No.2. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.170 dated 21.08.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector 26, Chandigarh.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 07.10.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Bhim Sain, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
