[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

[2] These two petitions are filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 206, dated 26th May, 2021, under Sections 406 and 120-B PANKAJ BAWEJA 2021.10.13 21:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

IPC, registered at Police Station City Kharar, SAS Nagar. [3] This Court vide orders dated 21st June, 2021 and 22nd June, 2021 granted the interim bail to the petitioners, respectively subject to joining investigation.

[4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Surender Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are co-operating.

[5] As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 21st June, 2021 and 22nd June, 2021 is made absolute. [6] Disposed of accordingly.

[7] Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
