**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.905 dated 09.12.2017 under Sections 406, 498-A, 34 of the IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 30.01.2018 :- "Counsel for the petitioner contends that after the engagement of the brother of the petitioner with the complainant was broken off, all the articles, received at the time of ring ceremony, have been recovered by the police. It is also submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is ready to join investigation.

Notice of motion for 14.05.2018.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.
