Appellant (Ram Mehar) has filed the instant appeal, inter alia, seeking setting aside of judgment and decree dated 26.02.2001 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Rohtak.

A perusal of file reveals that the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.01.2024, when the following order was passed by this Court:- "There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 01.03.2024. Learned counsel for the appellant be notified of the date fixed."
