Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the registration of FIR No.96 dated 26.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal, no action has been taken by the police to present the final report.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation on this score to Superintendent of Police, Kaithal. On filing of representation, appropriate action will be taken thereon in accordance with law within a period of six months.
