**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner though instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry in FIR No.0417 dated 02.08.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar, under Sections 376(2)(n), 406, 420 and 494 of IPC. Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar submits that challan has already been presented. There are 28 prosecution witnesses and 07 have already been examined, thus, there is no question of investigation of abovesaid FIR.

In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
