CRM-M-37567-2015 This is a petition for regular bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 927 dated 09.09.2015, under sections 148, 149, 452, 365, 324 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Hisar. The allegations are that the petitioners picked up the complainant from his house, beat him up and released him. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that petitioners No. 1 and 2 have been in custody since 10.09.2015 and petitioner No.3 has been in custody since 18.09.2015 and that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the case is triable by the Magistrate. He has further argued that the petitioners have otherwise clean antecedents. Learned DAG has accepted these factual submissions.

CRM-M-37567-2015 (O&M) -2In my considered opinion in view of the above mentioned facts it would not be appropriate to deny bail to the petitioners. Let they be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
Petition stands disposed of.
Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc.Application, if any also stands disposed of. (AJAY TEWARI) JUDGE November 17, 2015 sunita SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.11.18 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh
