Both the cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions is for directing the respondents to grant the statutory pay scale to the petitioners. 3.
Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petitions, legal notices dated 04.10.2024 and 15.02.2025, Annexures P-7 and P-8, have been served upon the respondents, which have yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, these petitions are hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notices dated 04.10.2024 and 15.02.2025, Annexures P-7 and P-8, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no HAMANT 2025.04.02 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-9332-2025 and CWP-9351-2025 reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon. 5.
