M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Jasmer Singh, informs that the petitioner has not joined investigation on 22.11.2014 and 13.12.2014 as directed.

Grievous injury having been attributed to coaccused, the petitioner can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

Petition is allowed. Interim order dated 14.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner. (M.M.S. BEDI) January 20, 2015.
