The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC (483 BNSS, 2023) for grant of regular bail and an application bearing CRM-20815-2025 also filed for an ad-interim bail on medical ground 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on 15.05.2025, petitioner sought permission to file application for interim bail on medical ground as the petitioner is suffering from Blood cancer and is in need of specialized treatment. 3.

I have perused medical report of the petitioner, handed over in the Court today. 4.

State counsel opposes the bail, but does not dispute the medical condition of the petitioner. 5.

Medical history of petitioner shows that he requires specialized treatment and therefore, he is entitled for interim bail.

Given above, provided the petitioner is not required in any other case, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail in the FIR captioned above subject to furnishing bonds to the ANJU RANI 2025.05.22 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh satisfaction of the concerned Court and due to unavailability before any nearest Ilaqa

The petitioner shall surrender in prison from where he was released, on 01.08.2025 at 10.00 A.M.

There would be no need for a certified copy of this order for furnishing bonds, and any Advocate for the Petitioner can download this order along with case status from the official web page of this Court and attest it to be a true copy. In case the attesting officer wants to verify the authenticity, such an officer can also verify its authenticity and may download and use the downloaded copy for attesting bonds. 11.

CRM-20815-2025 stands allowed to the extent above. It is clarified that no application for extension of interim bail shall be filed in the present petition. Main petition stands disposed of with liberty to file fresh after surrender. However, in case, petitioner's health does not improve then he shall be permitted to file a fresh petition for regular bail without surrendering.
