**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 131 dated 19.6.2014 under Sections 21/22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station, Jhabhal, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was on regular bail and he had been appearing regularly on each and every date of hearing. However, since the petitioner noted down the date of hearing as 7.10.2015 instead of 6.10.2015 and could not put appearance on 6.10.2015, his bail bonds were cancelled, necessitating the filing of the present petition. He further submits that petitioner is very much ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week and the learned trial court may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner keeping in view the abovesaid peculiar situation. CRM-M-37581 of 2015 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after careful perusal of record of the case, instant petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week. On surrender by the petitioner, learned trial court shall consider and decide his bail application at an early date by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law and after considering the peculiar facts and circumstances to be brought to its notice at the instance of the petitioner. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
