#$ !% Today accused Deepak Nayyar has appeared and has filed his affidavit to vouch for the credibility of statement made earlier during compromise on his behalf by his father Ram Pal Nayyar and that he stands by the statement and the compromise was arrived at which was made in his absence while he was abroad. The same is taken on record on oral prayer.

   Report dated 10.03.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Sharuti Vaid and the accused persons namely Deepak Nayyar, Ram Pal Nayyar and Ravi Kanta Nayyar, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.C1 has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure matrimonial dispute, the fact that compromise which has been duly vouched for by accused Deepak Nayyar, husband of the complainant, will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in &'() "')*+ , "-(-.  /)0(1 ()2 ()-+.3

6#the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.111 dated 20.12.2013 (Annexure P1) registered at Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar, under Sections 406/498A IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
