(ORAL) On instructions from Head Constable Hans Raj, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that out of total 14 prosecution witnesses, 8 have already been examined and 5 have been given up and remaining one witness has been bound down for today by the trial Court for recording of his statement. In view of the above, the instant petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
