The petitioner complains that on the one hand, the Appellate Court has neither disposed of the application for permission to file the appeal as an indigent person nor the application for grant of interim protection has been allowed. Whereas on the other hand, the Executing Court has ordered the sale of his property. It is stated that the appeal, filed by the petitioner, is pending since 19.03.2020. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the First Appellate Court with a request to take up the miscellaneous applications. If such an application is filed, the same be decided within a period of ten days, from today.
