**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 263 dated 26.12.2017 registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda under Sections 363, 366 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2017 and the FIR has been lodged after five days and the petitioner is accused of stalking the married daughter. The counsel further submits that the prosecutrix is major and was married two months ago and she had gone on her own and it is not a case of kidnapping and she wanted to marry the petitioner. He further submits that the trial will take time and investigation is already over.

No. M-38558 of 2018 -2Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that he would not tamper with evidence in any manner.
