**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer for which the petitioner has come up before this Court is to expedite the trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure P-6 (page 23) wherein the petitioner has been offered admission by Victoria Survey, Vancouver Richmond, Cambria College.

Since the delay is adversely affecting the career of the petitioner, as such, this Court requests the trial Court to expedite the trial on top priority and conclude preferably on orbefore 16.07.2022 positively. It is clarified that the petitioner shall remain present in the trial Court on all the dates.
