(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 589 dated 10.12.2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Gohana City, District Sonipat. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that pursuant to the order dated 01.06.2022 the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.06.2022 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
