**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Notice of motion was issued on 05.09.2018 and an interim order was also passed i.e. filing of challan was ordered to be stayed till the next date of hearing. Thereafter, owing to inaction on behalf of the petitioners, the interim order was vacated vide order dated 11.02.2020 by passing the following order:- "There is written request, circulated by learned counsel for petitioners on the ground that he is unwell due to disk problem.

Perusal of file shows that after obtaining stay qua further proceedings vide order dated 05.09.2018, PRINCE SAINI 2023.04.28 21.10 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

repeated adjournments have been sought by learned counsel for petitioners for six times. For this reason, investigating agency is not able to proceed further. Considering repeated adjournments, sought by petitioners, order dated 05.09.2018 is recalled. Adjourned to 04.05.2020, for consideration.


 




 
 

Thereafter, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 01.02.2023. Today also none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners despite two pass overs.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this case anymore.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
