Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 58 dated 31.1.2015 under Section 148, 149, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2015. It is a case of version and cross-version. Petitioner was allegedly armed with a stick at the time of occurrence. Petitioner had also suffered injuries in the occurrence, although, they were simple injuries. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time.
