**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that dis-connection of electric connection has to be done as the connection was provided wrongly underneath the railway crossing for which no No Objection Certificate was sought and submitted, however, respondents have no objection in case petitioners deposits some extra amount for connecting the poultry farm to the nearest feeder.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the amount of Rs.1,54,000/- + Rs.62,580/- already deposited by the petitioners be ordered to be adjusted while considering the new connection to the poultry farm from the nearest feeder. CWP No. 10519 of 2022 -2Learned State counsel submits that RDS feeder is the nearest feeder available and the supply to the petitioners farm shall be restored as per Nigam instructions at the earliest from the aforesaid RDS feeder or any other nearest feeder available at the site.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of.
