 Present petition has been filed for initiating action under Section 340 Cr.P.C. against the culprits and for registration of FIR with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that FIR has already been registered regarding the allegations which are the subject matter of the present petition.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the FIR, petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial in FIR No. 73 dated 07.04.2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 193, 120B IPC, Police Station Ellanabad, District Sirsa.
