(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing Criminal Complaint No. 1400 of 2004 (Annexure P-1), summoning order dated 18.11.2011 (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Respondent-Devinder Singh Thakur, who is present in person along with his counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of withdrawal of Criminal Complaint No. 1400 of 2004 (Annexure P-4), under Sections 499, 500 and 120-B IPC, by him due to compromise in between the parties. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
