CRM-M-37705-2014 (O&M) present petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance.
It is directed that in the event the petitioner prefers criminal revision petition within three weeks of passing of this order alongwith an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for condonation of delay in filing criminal revision petition, the application shall be considered sympathetically in view of the fact that the petitioner has approached this Court by way of present petition.
