The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to investigating officer to conclude investigation of FIR No. 0140 dated 13.11.2022, under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-B, 323 IPC, registered at Police Station, Division-D, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that person named in the FIR is a close relative of the petitioner and he has committed serious offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-B, 323 IPC. The bail application of the accused stands dismissed still he has not been arrested.

Learned State counsel submits that police after completion of investigation has found accused-petitioner innocent and cancellation report is going to be filed before the trial court. PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.30 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

On being confronted with the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner states that State may be directed to file report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in a time bound manner. 5.

State is directed to file its report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. within two months from today.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
