(Oral) It has been submitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Yashbir, Police Station Sadar Jind that the police has prepared cancellation report in this case and the same will be filed before the concerned court after obtaining necessary approval. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, however, reserving the right of the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court in case of any such eventuality so arises. Allowed to do so.
