(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 11.12.2015 (Annexure P-3) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender in case FIR No.13 dated 09.04.2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC pertaining to Police Station NRI Moga.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant submits that this petition is not maintainable inasmuch as similar petition of the petitioner for quashing the FIR in question has already been dismissed vide order dated 22.03.2016 passed in CRM-M-10196 of 2016. That apart, two bail applications of the petitioner have also been dismissed. Heard.

In view of the factual aspect of the case, petitioner is directed to RAVINDER SINGH 2018.11.29 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CRM-M-38524 of 2016 appear before the trial Court within a week. Thereafter, his bail application, if presented, shall be decided on merit within next seven days in its wisdom by the trial Court.
