This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 118 dated 07.09.2017 under sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.,C. Karnail Singh, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated 9th October, 2017 , petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 9th October, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
