ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.160 dated 06.06.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 325 and 506 IPC at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 21.11.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Suresh Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 21.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
