Present application has been moved by the applicant/petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition i.e. CWP-9111-2024, in light of the settlement dated 22.05.2024, arrived at between the parties, i.e. the petitioner - Union and respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Counsel for both the parties jointly submit that in case, any party violates or does not abide itself with the term(s) and condition(s) of the settlement, in future, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to take legal recourse.

Since, the writ petition i.e. CWP-91112024 is listed for its hearing on 11.07.2024, and there is no application for preponement of the date of hearing, present application is adjourned for 11.07.2024, for taking up the same, with the main case.
