(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has stated that he would not raise construction on more than his share in the suit property including the commensurate frontage.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition.

In view of the statement made by the counsel, the present revision petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 shall remain bound by the statement made by their counsel that they shall not raise construction on more than their share in the suit property including the commensurate frontage.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
