Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.188 dated 01.12.2020, registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324, 307, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 22.07.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
