ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct proper investigation in FIR No.44 dated 15.04.2020 registered at Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Counsel for the State submits that the challan in this case qua two accused persons i.e. Taranjit Singh @ Tanna and Raghbir Singh @ Nikka, respondents No.4 and 5, stands presented on 16.06.2020 and subsequently, after the respondents No.6 and 7 i.e. Paramjit Kaur @ Pammo and Jaswinder Kaur, were declared proclaimed offenders, the report has been filed with the trial Court. In view of the same, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court to move an appropriate application under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., if so advised.
