(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned final result dated 04.10.2018 (Annexure P-4), whereby candidature of the petitioner to the post of Veterinary Livestock Development Assistant has been ignored, without him being successful and eligible. Further prayer has been made to direct respondents to consider the candidature of petitioner for the post in question as being successful candidate in BC-B category. 2.

Ms. Manmehak, Law Officer from the office of respondent No.2-HSSC is present in Court. She has tendered a copy of office order dated 15.09.2022, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. the petitioner for appointment to the post of Veterinary Livestock Development Assistant has been accepted and a favourable recommendation has already been made to the Director General, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, Haryana and further steps are underway for issuance of appointment letter.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. However, given that the petitioner continues to be out of job for no fault of his, it is expected to issue appointment letter to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 30 days.
