Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in complaint bearing No. 349 dated 30.10.2013 titled as "Bikramjit Singh v. Gagandeep Singh".
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was regularly appearing before the learned Court below; on certain dates he had moved application for seeking his exemption from personal appearance from the Court and that was duly allowed; thereafter, on 18.8.2017 he could not appear and his bail & surety bonds were cancelled. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Court below. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that petitioner was earlier admitted to bail in this case and his bail & surety bonds were cancelled on account of his non appearance on 18.8.2017.
In view of above, petitioner shall surrender before the learned Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.10.10 15:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
