Mr. Rahul Bhargava, Advocate, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach passport authority. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
If the petitioner appears before passport authority on the appointed day, the Court is sanguine of the fact that passport authority would look into his grievance.
