******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the police after completing investigation in case bearing FIR No. 103 dated 14.05.2015, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur for offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, presented cancellation report, which has been returned by the Illaqa Magistrate with direction to conduct further investigation in the matter. Under the orders of Court, the police is investigating the case and will submit the final report in due course. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur is directed to expedite the investigation and presentation of final report before the Court at the earliest.
