The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 34 dated 03.04.2024 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as stated herein, before the trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage. 3.

In view of above, the prayers so made is allowed, with liberty aforesaid.
