Present:

Mr. Gaurav Gaur, Advocate, for the petitioner.

**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to submit challan against respondent No.5 in FIR No. 224 dated 30.12.2014 under Sections 376 & 506 IPC, Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal.
