Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baltej Singh, Police Station, Civil Lines, Rohtak, submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.11.2014 passed by this Court, petitioner No.1 Swati Gosain, has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 12.11.2014 are made absolute.

Petitioner No.1 shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
