Learned counsel for the private parties are ad idem that charge-sheet has been presented and the case before learned Trial Court is at the stage of consideration of charges. They are further unison that they would make their submissions at the time of consideration of the charges regarding the execution of the terms and conditions of the compromise so effected between the private parties.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer.
