Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gursahib Singh, Police Station, Chherretta, Amritsar City, submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required in the present case. Learned counsel for the complainant, Mr.Kuljit Singh, submits that the police did not send the viscera for two months to the chemical examiner and the report is still awaited, therefore, the anticipatory bail may not be granted to the petitioners. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record.

Criminal Misc.No.M-37757 of 2014 [2] Since the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required as stated by learned counsel for the State and as such, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2014 are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
