       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that contract period of the work in question is over, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to invoke the arbitration proceedings. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Since the main petition has been withdrawn by learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in CM No. 12401 of 2020.
