The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to remove encroachment and unauthorised construction raised by private respondents over his land.

The petitioner purchased 13 Kanals 12 Marlas land from Smt. Subhani Begum. He got his land demarcated wherein it came out that private respondents had illegally, by way of unauthorised construction, encroached upon a part of his land. He repeatedly approached revenue and police authorities to get the illegal encroachment removed but to no avail. He preferred representation dated 08.12.2025 before SDM (Civil), Tauru, District Nuh which is still pending. 3.
