**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 513 dated 20.7.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 IPC, Police Station Ballabgarh City, District Faridabad.

The matter was sent for mediation. Mediation has failed. The petitioner had offered an amount which is not acceptable to the complainant, she is demanding a higher amount. It is not disputed that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
