ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State, as per the additional affidavit of the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Faridabad, submits that the petitioner was allotted the Booth of 8 ft. x 8 ft., however, he has encroached upon 17 ft. on East side, 10 ft. on South side, 14 ft. on West side and 17 ft. on North side.

Counsel for the State submits that the demolition has taken place only with regard to the illegal encroachment and the original size of the Booth i.e. 8 ft. x 8 ft., is intact.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
