(Oral) The prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is inter alia for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take strict legal action against respondents No.4 to 12 by arresting them in case FIR No. 126, dated 05.03.2021, under Section 346, registered at Police Station Samalkha, by adding section 376-D IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the victim has since been recovered.

Dismissed as infructuous.
